| Objective : | The student should be able
-to account for the influence of technical solutions on water quality (air quality) -to use relevant biological and chemical terms in describing these influences -to describe methods of measurement of the most important water-quality parameters and choose a correct method of analysis respectively a correct principle of regulation for a given water-quality parameter in a given situation. |

| Principal Content : | Electrochemical transducers (ion selective electrodes, O2 electrode, redox-electrode polarograph), optical analysis (spectrophotometric and fluorimetric measurements), AAS, C14 method, temperature, alternative energy resources, subjects proposed by students. | ||
