| Objective : | The objective of the study module is to enable the student:
To describe dynamical systems with differential or difference equations. To analyse industrial systems and processes for modelling purposes. To apply state-space variable method to describe the dynamic systems. Apply MATLAB and SIMULINK for simulation and analysis of dynamic systems. |

| Principal Content : | System description with:
1. differential equations 2. difference equations 3. state-space equations System identification· Modelling and analysis of mechanical, electrical, thermal and hydraulic systems. Developing linear and non-linear models Modelling and simulation using a case study, like RUF-car, refrigeration system, or other. MATLAB and SIMULINK are used as simulation tools with the goal of supporting the learning process. |
