| Principal Content : | The development stages in Production & Material Management until the resent Supply Chain Management (SCM) view focussing on the end user. Description, analysis and development of Production & Material Management Control systems. Performance measures and measurements within the area of logistics (SCM) and Operations Management. Specific methods /models within selected central areas: - forecast applications and forecast models - Operations, Purchase and Inventory Control models and methods. - Operations & Material Management philosophies and concepts (MRP, MRPII, ERP, TOC, Lean & Agile Manufacturing, SCM and other concepts) - Models for location and distribution |
