| Målsætning : | To provide the student with a basic understanding of theories, principles and protocol specifications behind electronic data communications based on wired networks as well as wireless networks. | ||
| Hovedindhold : | Bandwidth-limited signals. Fourier analysis. Channel data rates. Wireless transmission. Data Link Protocols. Error control, flow control, sliding window. Line utilization. Multiple access principles. MAC sublayer protocols. Ethernet, WLANs, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Layer 2 switches and bridges. Layer 3 routing principles and routers. Internetworking. Quality of Service. ATM. | ||
