Objective : | To develop the students ability to work professionally in an interdisciplinary and international team in an integrated engineering context. | ||
Principal Content : | Main structure: 16% of the time: compulsory, intensive and project supportive courses/seminars, and 84% of the time: group project work in interdisciplinary and international teams of 4-6 students. Main Contents: Environmental subjects European law – Intellectual property Rights in Europe Communication skills Teambuilding/teamwork techniques International Marketing Project Management Project Planning Systematic Innovation/Engineering Product Design Languages (English and Danish) Cultural and Social Activities Industrial Project (team based) |

Teaching method : | Courses: Class room teaching or seminars. Project work: group work with supervisors. | ||
Required prequisites : | For Export Engineering students: 1st, 2nd and 3rd semester and at least one exam no. 3 (Prøve 3) on the 4th or 5th semester. |

Recommended prerequisites : | For non-Export Engineering students: Two years of university studies completed. If English is not the mother tongue, a minimum score of 550 TOEFL points, or equivalent. |

Remarks : | As an adequate international and academic mix of students is essential, special conditions regarding the maximum number of Danish and foreign students will apply. Exam: Continuous assessment of courses/seminars by portfolio notes from each course/seminar to document that skills have been achieved. Project report and oral examination. |
