Objective : | That the students develop an entrepreneurial mindset, understand and are able to apply an entrepreneurial methods and acquire knowledge of different processes involved in launching a venture. The course aims to develop the student"s ability to individually, and particularly in cooperation with others, to work systematically to develop business models, through testing and prototyping turning ideas into business opportunities. This also requires being able to balance technical aspects with market aspects and to structure the process from idea to concept. Learning goals: A student, who fulfills the objectives of the course must at the final exam be able to: - Demonstrate a general understanding of how a business works - Document and reflect upon actions taken toward testing the idea on potential customers/markets and actually developing prototypes. - Identify and reflect upon entrepreneurial methods and processes - Synthesize an opportunity into a business plan |

Principal Content : | Write an action oriented business plan, effectual entrepreneurship, the business model canvas; customers, environment and process. |

Teaching method : | Lectures, guest lectures, workshops, supervision. This course is build around a business idea, which the students are working on realising during the course. |
