| Objective : | To understand the notion of innnovation, from a general perspective, to prepare for positions responsible for managing corporate innovation processes. Understand and master various kinds of innovation, be able to manage a creative group process, understand innovation as a structured way of optimizing a company, be able to use innovation-tools, understand the importance of culture. |
