Objective : | The aim of the course is to give the student further knowledge of design and construction of air-conditioning plant. | ||
Principal Content : | Indoor climate: Thermal indoor Climate PMV and PPD indices airquality, bioeffluents Olf. Outdoor climate: Reference year, irradiation. Heattransfer: Heat loss from a pipe. Transient heat conduction. Thermal and moisture related performance characteristics: Designing partial load. Indoor airdistribution: Heat recovery: Crossflow and rotating heat exchanger, heat pumps. Heatexchanger efficiency (number of transfer unit) Moisture penetration - Ficks law and Glasers graphic method. Flows in pipe and ducts: Pressure loss. Vans: Power consumption - Law of proportionality. Van and plant diagrams - Noise ratio. | ||
