Objective : | To provide a basic overview of strategic analysis and development of strategies and to give a brief introduction to strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. Furthermore the participants should be trained in the practical application of some basic strategic and financial analytical tools. | ||
Principal Content : | Core concepts. Organisational purpose. Competitive Failure and Success. Analysis of macro-environment, industry and organisation Developing of corporate strategies and Business Unit Strategies Strategic evaluation and implementation. | ||
