| Objective : | The students should learn the basics of Group psychology and individual psychology. Improve the Student"s leadership skills. | ||
| Principal Content : | Leadership. Development, organization, conflict resolution, both as a group and individually. Communication and TA (transaction analysis). Different types of personality change. | ||
| Teaching method : | Class lecturing based on dialoque, group tasks, playing of roles and self study. | ||
