| Objective : | Based on the fact that the construction process is characterized with unforeseen happenings, the student must acquire knowledge about and understanding for the planning processes by project management and construction management. The student must gain the ability to solve ordinary tasks in relation to project and construction management and to contribute to cooperation and conflict solving. The student that meet the objectives of the course, is at the final exam capable to: • Use those Building owners requirements in the ‘IKT-bekendtgørelse’ that relates to the construction process from tender to hand-over. • Describe the planning processes by project management and construction management. • Report and reflect over the carried out project |

| Principal Content : | Projectweb. Dataflow and data integration through out construction phases. Co-operative ways of working. Tender calculation. Planning and risk management. Cooperation and conflict solving. Process management and time scheduling. Construction logistics: • Units and unit lists • Plans for the construction site, deliveries and renunciations Management of Health and Safety at work. Building owners requirements to digital hand-over. Completion and rectify of defects. Facility management. |

| Teaching method : | Presentations and assignments. Students presentations and discussions. Self tuition External professionals. Course Projects are carried out in groups of 3 - 4 students. Decision on the course project is decided upon by the professors after proposal from the students |
