Objective : The construction process is characterized with unforeseen happenings, therefore the student must acquire knowledge about and an understanding of the planning processes by project management and construction management.
The student must gain the ability to solve ordinary tasks in relation to project and construction management and to contribute to the process of cooperation and conflict solving.
The student that meet the objectives of the course, is at the final exam capable of:
• Use the building owner"s requirements in the ‘IKT-bekendtgørelse’ that relate to the construction process from tender to hand-over.
• Describe the planning processes of project management and construction management.
• Report and reflect over the completed project

Dataflow and data integration throughout construction phases.
Cooperative ways of working.
Tender calculation.
Planning and risk management.
Cooperation and conflict solving.
Process management and time scheduling.
Construction logistics:
• Units and unit lists
• Plans for the construction site, deliveries and renunciations
Management of Health and Safety at work.
Building owner"s requirements to digital hand-over.
Completion and rectification of defects.
Facility management.
Teaching method : Presentations and assignments.
Students presentations and discussions.

Course Projects are carried out in groups of 3 - 4 students.
Decision on the course project is decided upon by the professors after a proposal from the students

Remarks : The assessment is based on the course project carried out during the course, and a presentation and discussion about the project, related to the professional subjects of the course
