Målsætning : | To introduce the student to a number of different techniques used for development of distributed systems. | ||
Hovedindhold : | Learning outcomes: Ability to describe and use relevant architectures to design distributed systems. Ability to describe and use Java technologies to implement distributed systems. Ability to describe and design application layer protocols. Ability to describe and use relevant client side web technologies. Ability to describe and use relevant server side web technologies. Ability to describe and use Java Beans. Ability to describe and implement simple client/server applications using Java RMI. |

Undervisningsform : | The lessons consist of theory combined with practical exercises and are closely related to the project course consisting in the development of a distributed system. | ||
