| Principal Content : | The project involves the analysis and design of an energy system such as an engine, turbomachinery or a thermal power plant. It includes problem solving, concept development, function description, materials selection, brainstorming, and technical drawings, together with design and safety calculations. | ||
| Teaching method : | Introductory lectures. Project work in small groups, including computer simulations, laboratory exercises, use of internet search engines and case studies. | ||
| Required prequisites : | ME-IND, ME-MTR, ME-CAD, ME-MEC1 or equivalent. | ||
