Objective : | The course should make the student able to: • Use central vocabulary of business strategy correctly • Explain simple tools and analytical models for analysing internal and external aspect of an organisations strategic position • Explain simple tools and analytical models for making and prioritise among different strategic options • Explain basic methods and challenges in strategic implementation • Apply simple strategic analytical models on given business cases |
