Objective : To understand the notion of innnovation, from a general perspective, to prepare for positions responsible for managing corporate innovation processes.

Understand and master various kinds of innovation, be able to manage a creative group process, understand innovation as a structured way of optimizing a company, be able to use innovation-tools, understand the importance of culture.
Principal Content : The notion of innovation, various innovation-types, creativity, the creative process, Blue Ocean Strategy, Stage Gate.
Teaching method : Lectures, workshop, mini project related to Blue Ocean, guest-lectures, creative session with external guests.

Remarks : Oral exam based on mini project and curriculum.
