Quality Technics e.g. QFD and Statistical Analysis, Quality Costs, Systems and Standards (the ISO 9000 series), Systematic Quality improvement, People Involvement. | ||
| Teaching method : | Lectures, group-discussions, reports, problemsolving, homework, if possible also a visit to a factory known for its high Quality. | ||
