Objective : To communicate and train for a professional competence which brings the students in a position - as a newly qualified diplomingeniør - to contribute an participate in management of organizational change processes. Knowledge of the concepts and metods for carying out change processes. Apply thos concepts and methods to analyse the needs of change in a organization. Propose and discuss alternatives for implementing change processes in a specific context, including choice of procedures and evaluation.
Principal Content : The function of organizationsculture in change processes, groups and group dynamics, project leadership and projectwork, communication and information, goalformulation and goalgovernment, planning and activity issues.

Recommended prerequisites : Organizational theory equivalent to MAN 3.
